Zendesk's product demos currently lack consistency in art direction, audience, and runtime — undermining brand credibility and product clarity. The objective is to create a standardized blueprint for all future demo videos.


This project targets window-shopping prospects who are actively comparing solutions. The goal is to show how Zendesk works in a way that's clear, engaging, and competitively superior — ultimately driving Marketplace traffic.

We developed a "show, don't just tell” strategy, using a blend of product visuals that deliver proof quickly, making Zendesk feel like the easiest, most obvious choice.

The process involved syncing copy, narration, sound design, video editing, and motion design with regular check-ins with stakeholders. The pilot was done in-house, with the goal of enabling contractors to help scale the content globally.
