User experience at one of the busiest airports in the US
Due to a major construction project, LAX decided to move all rideshare pickups from the curb to a dedicated space in a remote lot, which required shuttle transportation or walking from one of the 8 terminals. I advised LAX on ways to consider the user experience by adding features such as mobile charging stations and clear wayfinding. Working within very strict parameters set by LAX, I guided the execution of the OOH media project from start to completion in 3 weeks.
