Humanizing the driver experience to impact culture
This was an on-going brand driven project to humanize the diverse experiences and backgrounds of Uber's driver-partners across the globe. Working XFN and with external photographers, writers, and drivers, I developed the first initiative to bring Driver Stories to life across Uber's corporate offices as well as their external driver centers. The result of this work was a global playbook to empower global teams to localize their own content and spaces.
